The goal was to shoot at least one series every month. I missed my February deadline, so the pressure was on for this set. Shot in my tea room. This is now the room I will occasionally enjoy a pot of tea or cast a circle. It’s where I spend every day working out.
It was once a haven for all my late evenings. I’d stay up with the candles lit, occasionally dripping them on my thighs, and sending a cute boy or two (or three) filthy DMs while I was in said room, until one was able to hold my attention long enough/whoever could stay awake with me. I miss it, but alas, the late night meds take most of my brain power. Unless someone gives me good reason to stay awake, I’ll be getting My beauty sleep instead.
I purchased this iconic gown at Light House Soho (made by Torture Garden Latex) back in October. I initially purchased it for a Halloween dungeon party, but I fell ill the following day, and spent Halloween in bed. She’s since been worn for my 33rd birthday. She makes me feel so good. Mortal Kombat vibes. All I’m missing are a pair of katanas.
There’s no particular theme for this set. I originally wanted to shoot this gown on location, messed up via miscommunication, and ended up making use of the space at home instead. Featured above slippery-me is Mr Wise. He oversees your crimes. Inside the cabinet is a mix of Royal Albert, vintage crystal, family heirlooms, and a tea cosy of Ireland’s previous president, Michael D. Higgins (lovingly nicknamed Michael Tea Higgins). The gorgeous cabinet once sat in a gym of all places. Facebook Marketplace has some real gems.
